No-Bake

I love to bake. However, when it comes to sweets, my biggest weakness is raw. Raw cookie dough, to be more specific.

I have tried many recipes. This is by far the best.

Edible Raw Cookie Dough

2 tablespoons of drippy cashew butter*

2 tablespoons of oat flour*

1 tablespoon of softened Earth Balance* stick butter

1 tablespoon of Ripple*

1 tablespoon of light brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons of  dairy-free chocolate chips*

Instructions:

Put all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into bowl. Mix with fork or spoon until dough forms. Can use hands. Fold in chocolate chips. If a harder texture is preferred, refrigerate.

Eat. Repeat.

Recipe Notes: 

*If subbing with peanut butter, it will not be neutral.

*Can sub with white or wheat flour if not gluten-free

*Can use other brands of butter and half & half 

*I use Lily's or Enjoy Life
