It's What's Inside That Counts

When it comes to a Reece's Cup, the outside is good, but I'm in it for the filling. Unfortunately, there is nothing vegan about a Reece's Cup.

I have found vegan dark chocolate peanut butter cups by Unreal brand. They taste very healthy and natural compared to Reese's. They're not bad, but I want something a little more candy like.

If you have never had a white chocolate Reese's Cup, you're missing out. They are my favorite flavor...

Introducing...

Inside Out White Chocolate Reese's Cups (single serve):

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of Peanut & Co White Chocolate Wonderful* peanut butter

2 tablespoons of white or oat flour

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar or one packet of stevia

1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

1 King David* white chocolate coin

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300.

Mix all ingredients sans chocolate in a small dish.

Press batter into a cupcake liner. Push coin into the center.

Bake in a muffin tin for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate. Eat.

Recipe Notes:

*This brand is essential to the flavor- no substitutions!

*Other vegan brands may be substituted. Vegan semi-sweet or dark chocolate would be great too. It even tastes great without any added chocolate!
