My Cherry Pie

Or cobbler.

This needs no explanation...

Single Serve Vegan Cobbler

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of pie filling

1 tablespoon of quick oats

1 tablespoon of oat flour *

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of Earth Balance* stick butter

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Put pie filling in greased ramekin or small skillet.

In a small dish, soften butter in microwave. This should only take five seconds.

Add all other ingredients and stir until well blended.

Put batter over pie filling. Bake for about 12 minutes or until top is golden.

Let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes:

*can sub with white or wheat flour if not gluten-free

*Can use other vegan stick butters
