Not Another Broken Egg

I could eat breakfast at any time of day or night. Being vegan, one must get creative...

Like most of my recipes, this is super easy...

Tofu Scramble (serves 2)

Ingredients:

1 block of firm tofu

2 tablespoons of nutrition yeast

A few dashes of tumeric

Salt & pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions:

Grease pan. Dice tofu. Cook on medium heat. Add nutritional yeast and tumeric Keep stirring until color is even. 

Eat. Enjoy!
